摘  要:为了确定网状阳极对储罐底板阴极保护电位分布均匀性的影响,建立了储罐底板外侧阴极保护电位分布的数学模型,利用COMSOL软件计算在网状阳极的阴极保护下储罐底板外侧的阴极保护电位;研究了不同埋深的网状阳极、不同电阻率的沥青砂层和砂垫层对阴极保护电位分布均匀性的影响。结果表明:网状阳极的埋深对保护电位分布均匀的性影响较大;沥青砂层的电阻率对保护电位分布的均匀性影响较小;随砂垫层电阻率的增大,保护电位正向偏移;计算结果能够真实反映保护电位的分布,可以为阳极的埋深提供可靠的参考依据。The mathematical model of the cathodic protection potential distribution on the exterior of tank bottom was established.The COMSOL software was used to calculate the cathodic protection potentials of tank bottom under the cathodic protection of gird anode.Moreover,the effects of different depth of the grid anode and different resistivity of tar sand and sand cushion on the cathodic protection potential distribution uniformity were studied.Results showed that the depth of the grid anode had a great effect on the distribution uniformity of protection potential,and the effect of tar sand resistivity on the distribution uniformity of protection potential was relatively small.With the increase of the resistivity of sand cushion,the protection potential shifted positively.Besides,the calculated results could reflect the distribution of protective potentials,which provided reliable basis for determining the buried depth of the anode.
