一次碱性锌酸盐镀锌故障分析及解决方法

摘　　要：为了查找汽车零部件碱性锌酸盐镀锌层三价铬蓝白色钝化膜颜色出现异常的原因,对主要工艺流程、工序配方及操作参数进行了排查。结果发现,镀锌层出现C杂质含量高,主要由有机杂质和油污引起导致钝化膜颜色异常。针对该问题,给出了有效的故障处理方法,并提出碱性镀锌钝化生产过程中需要注意的几个方面。For finding the reasons of the abnormal colors of the trivalent chromium blue-white passivation layer on auto-parts treated by alkali zincate zinc electroplating process,the main technological process,formulation and parameters were investigated.Results showed that the high content of C impurities on zinc coating was due to organic impurities and oil pollution,which led to the abnormal colors of passivation layer.Against this problem,the effective fault solution was proposed,and some advises on alkaline zinc plating-passivation productive process were also put forward.
