摘　　要：负压创面疗法联合滴注冲洗是一种新型的负压创面治疗技术。近年来,负压创面疗法联合滴注冲洗已应用于全身各部位、各种类型的难愈合创面。本文主要综述负压创面疗法联合滴注冲洗在骨科的临床应用及具体治疗参数。Negative pressure wound therapy combined with instillation is a new form of negative pressure wound therapy technology. In recent years, the negative pressure wound therapy combined with instillation has been applied to various types of wounds at various parts of the body. This article mainly reviews the clinical application of negative pressure wound therapy combined with instillation in orthopaedics and the parameters during the treatment.
