摘  要:在研究船用蒸汽动力系统的过程中,给水压差控制系统是调节锅炉给水量的关键环节,根据给水调节阀和给水泵的模型与工作原理,结合给水走向,建立给水压差系统的数学模型,并对给水泵转速的控制器进行了设计。通过对所系统开环特性的仿真分析,验证了建模方法的可行性与准确性;同时,闭环控制系统所设计的PI控制器同样可以控制给水阀流量,而给水阀流量同时受给水压差和给水泵转速的影响。仿真结果表明,所设计的给水泵转速控制器可以实现对给水阀前后压差的控制,给水压差控制系统具有很好的稳定性和响应快速性。During the process of marine steam power system research, feed water pressure difference control system is the key link of adjusting boiler feed water. According to the model and working principle of feed water regulator and feed water pump rotate speed, in combination with moving direction of water, we set up the mathematical model of the feed water pressure difference system, and designed the controller of feed pump speed. Through the simulation analysis of the open loop characteristics of the system, we verified the feasibility and accuracy of the modeling method. Meanwhile, a PI contoller can also control the feed water flow, and the feed water flow was influenced by the pressure difference and feed water pump rotate speed. The simulation results show that the designed feed water pump rotate speed controller can realize the control of the pressure difference before and after the feed water regulator, and the feed water pressure difference control system has better stability and rapidity in response.
