摘 要:液压榨油机保压回路性能的好坏直接决定着压榨过程中植物油料出油率的高低。针对出油率与植物油料特殊的流变特性,采用传统的保压回路在保压出油阶段当油脂流出时将无法维持压力的稳定,为了提高液压榨油机的出油效率,必须解决压力稳定的难题。分析液压榨油机压榨植物油料的保压出油过程,对液压系统中保压回路的工作原理和结构进行研究,初步提出了三种可选保压回路方案,采用AMESim软件对各保压回路进行建模和仿真分析,通过仿真研究,得到了榨油机采用不同保压回路的保压特性和压榨出油率,采用高压双泵保压的保压回路维持了压力稳定,实现了压榨出油率最大化。The performance of pressure maintaining circuit in hydraulic press machine directly affects the oil yielding rate. Due to the special rheological properties of oil plant, traditional pressure maintaining circuit can not ensure a constant pressure during the period when oil is squeezed out. In order to improve the oil yielding rate for hy- draulic press machine, this difficult problem must be solved. The process of vegetable oil extracted from oil plant is analyzed, the principle and structure of pressure maintaining circuit are studied, three alternative pressure maintai- ning circuits are proposed, and the proposed pressure maintaining circuits are simulated and analyzed based on AMESim software. Different pressure maintaining features and oil yielding rates from different circuits are obtained. It is observed that high pressure provided from double pumps maintaining circuit can ensure a constant pressure and implement the highest oil yielding rate.
