摘　　要：塑料异型材被广泛使用,但模具与国外先进技术还存在一些差距。采用挤出渐变成型新技术,在异型材模具加工过程中,优化模头设计,采用预折弯定型模设计和冷却定型模设计,将模头简单的型坯逐步过渡成型为所需求的产品形状,满足复杂成型截面和高速成型挤出的发展需求。Plastic profile is widely used in various field, but the the mold processing and design still remain difference with foreign advanced technology. The die design was optimized by using the new technology of extrusion and gradual change. The design of pre bending sizing die and cooling shaping block was adopted. The die head was formed into the shape of the product to meet the demand of the product shape.
