摘 要:针对桥面铺装混凝土调平层和沥青面层之间接触状态评价指标缺失的问题,提出了层间接触系数口的概念,运用理论推导的方法得出部分连续式双层梁层间接触系数的计算公式,并设计部分连续式双层梁弯曲试验,分别在混凝土调平层表面进行拉毛、刻槽和凿毛处理,然后在不同黏结层改性沥青洒布量的条件下进行层间接触系数的测算.结果表明:凿毛处理后的层间接触状态最好,此时层间接触系数最大值为o.483,黏结层改性沥青最佳洒布量为1.6~2.okg/m^2;拉毛和刻槽处理后,层间接触系数最大值分别为0.428和0.412,黏结层改性沥青最佳洒布量为1.2~1.6kg/m^2.For want of evaluation index of interlayer contact state between concrete leveling course and as- phalt surface, a new coefficient of interlayer contact factor β was adopted. The calculation formula of βwas obtained through theoretical derivation. The bending test of semi-contacted bilayer beam was designed. Then, the interlayer contact factors were measured after different surface treatments of concrete leveling course, such as picking, notch groove and artificial chiseling treatments, with different spraying dosages of modified asphalt. The results show that the interlayer contact state after artificial chiseling treatment is the best, the maximum value of interlayer contact factor is 0. 483, and the optimum spraying dosage of modi- fied asphalt is between 1.6 kg/m^2 and 2.0 kg/m^2 ; while the maximum values are 0. 428 and 0. 412, and the optimum spraying dosage of modified asphalt is between 1.2 kg/m^2 and 1.6 kg/m^2 after picking and notch groove treatments.
