骨髓增生异常综合征止血功能的研究

摘　　要：目的观察骨髓增生异常综合征患者的止血功能。方法 1.全自动流式血细胞仪检测血小板计数及血小板平均体积;2.显微镜下计算颗粒巨核细胞,产板巨核细胞;3.流式细胞仪(FCM)测定血小板表面的CD62p,CD41及CD61等表达水平;结果实验组的血小板计数及血小板平均体积低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组的颗粒巨核细胞、产板巨核细胞明显低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组的血小板CD62p,CD41及CD61等表达水平低于对照组(P<0.05);结论骨髓增生异常综合症患者易发生出血。Objective To investigate the hemostatic funtion of patients with MDS. Methods The platelet count and mean platelet volume were conducted by automatic hemocyte analyzer; The granular megakaryocyte and thrombocytogenous megakaryocyte were observed under microscope; The flow cytometry（ FCM） tested the expression levels of CD62 p,CD41 and CD61; Results The platelet counts and mean platelet volume in the experimental group were significantly decreased than control group（ P〈0. 05）; Granular megakaryocyte,thrombocytogenous megakaryocyte were reduced in the experimental group（ P〈0. 05）; Experimental group expressed lower levels of CD62 p,CD61 and CD41 than control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Patients with MDS were tend to bleeding.
