手术室术中预防性护理干预对下肢深静脉血栓发生的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨手术室术中预防性护理干预对下肢深静脉血栓发生的影响。方法选择医院择期手术患者96例作为研究对象,采用数字随机表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组术中给予常规护理,观察组术中给予预防性护理,记录两组术后下肢深静脉血栓发生率,对比2组术前和术后凝血指标和血小板参数。结果观察组术后5 d DVT发生率为2.08%显著低于对照组16.67%(P<0.05);观察组术后5 d D-D、Fbg、FDP分别为(265.64±19.57)ng/L、(2.43±0.69)g/L、(2.62±0.77)mg/L均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后5 d PLT、MPV、PDW分别为(212.16±24.26)g/L、(10.04±0.31)fl、(13.64±2.26)%均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手术室术中预防性护理能够降低手术患者DVT发生率。Objective To investigate the effect of preventive nursing intervention in operation room on occurrence of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis（ DVT）. Methods 96 patients undergoing elective surgery in the hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was given routine nursing during operation while the observation group was given preventive nursing. The incidence rates of preoperative lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in the two groups were recorded. The preoperative and postoperative blood coagulation parameters and platelet parameters were compared between the two groups. Results5 d after operation,the incidence of DVT in the observation group（ 2. 08%） was significantly lower than that in the control group（ 16. 67%）（ P〈0. 05）; D-D（ 265. 64 ± 19. 57） ng / L,Fbg（ 2. 43 ± 0. 69） g / L and FDP（ 2. 62 ± 0. 77） mg /L in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）; PLT（ 212. 16 ± 24. 26） g / L,MPV（ 10. 04 ± 0. 31） fl and PDW（ 13. 64 ± 2. 26） % in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Preventive nursing in the operation room can reduce the incidence of DVT.
