循证医疗管理方法在提升手术室运行效率中的应用

摘　　要：面对手术台次需求日益增多及手术开台普遍延迟的情况,经过对手术间运转数据的统计与分析,采用循证医疗管理的方法,管理者制定针对性的改进措施并持续跟进。通过术者参与手术时间预估、明确手术开台和接台工作时间点、规范手术开台、接台工作细节等措施,最大限度地减少手术间利用不足或过度利用现象,保障患者安全,提高手术室运行效率。Facing the tendency of increasing operation demand and common delay in beginning of operations , after using the method of analysis of data statistics and with the evidence - based medical management technology, the managers drafted up measures for improvement and continued to follow up. As a result, several methods have been applied, including surgeons＇involvement in estimating surgery time, clarifying the time of operation beginning and rotation, and standardization of operation beginning and taking over, so that the phenomenon of the insufficient use or excessive use of operation rooms reduced, the safety of patients ensured and the efficiency of the operation rooms improved.
