摘  要:文章在总结国内关于领军人才的理论研究或管理实践的基础上,重新界定了医学领军人才的概念内涵,解析了医学领军人才必备的5个维度素质特征,并基于对江苏178名医学领军人才的实证分析研究,总结影响其成长发展的关键要素,从人才的预测规划、选拔培养、考核评价、激励等方面,提出医学领军人才开发与管理的具体策略建议。This paper, based on summarizing theoretical research and management practices on the leading talents in China, re- defines the concept of medical leading talent, analyzes the five dimensions of the essential quality characteristics of medical leading talent in detail. In view of the empirical analysis of 178 medical leading talents in Jiangsu Province, it explains the key elements affecting medical leading talent's growth and development, and it finally puts forward specific strategies and recommendations for fostering and developing more medical leading talents from the aspects of the forecast planning, selection, training, assessment, evaluation, as well as incentives for talented people.
