南京鼓楼医院科研现状调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解南京鼓楼医院的科研现状,进一步优化医院科研管理,为提升医院科研能力提出合理化的建议。方法采用自主设计的调查问卷对医院128名课题负责人的科研现况进行调查,调查内容包括一般情况、科研项目实施情况及医院科研管理情况。结果医院科研人员参加国内学术性会议的次数明显多于国际性学术会议(P<0.05);65.60%的科研人员认为科研进展情况良好;50%以上的科研人员对医院科研信息化建设、医院科研奖励体系表示满意;日常工作繁重(70.31%)和实验人员不足(62.50%)是影响科研进展主要因素。结论科研人员的科研现状比较乐观,积极完善科研平台建设和细分科研管理体系对医院未来科研实力的进一步提升具有重要意义。Objective ： To investigate the current situation of scientific research of Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital, and make reasonable suggestions to promote the hospital＇s scientific research ability. Methods： 128 scientific researchers of Drum Tower Hospital were surveyed and asked to complete the hospital - designed questionnaires which included general situation, the implementation of scientific research, the research management of the hospital. Results ： Scientific researchers who participated much more domestic academic conferences than the international ones （P 〈 0.05）. And 65.60% of researchers think scientific research progress was good, more than 50% of the scientific researchers were satisfied with the information construction and the reward system of the hospital. Heavy daily work （70.31% ） and insufficient experiment workers （ 62.50% ） were the main factors hindering of research progressing. Conclusion： The scientific researchers have been optimistic with the scientific research status and the hospital＇s current development of scientific research was in good condition. It is of important significance to aclively improve the construction of scientific research platform and the refinement of scientific research management system for the future development of hospital scientific research strength.
