摘　　要：通过介绍南京鼓楼医院科研经费管理信息化平台三位一体的管理架构和操作流程,以及科研系统模块,总结其优点,探讨如何更好地优化科研经费管理信息化平台,以促进医院科研管理水平更上一层楼。This article, by briefing the administrative frame of the scientific research fund management information platform and the operation process as well as the model of scientific research system and its strong points of the Nanjing Drum Tower Hospital, discusses how to improve the optimization of researeh fund management information platform so as to upgrade the hospitals scientific research management to a next level.
