摘　　要：某HDPE装置的刀轴水系统故障频发,刀盘与模板间隙的调整较困难,模板和切刀磨损严重。通过对水下切粒机刀盘进行改造设计,使用挠性元件补偿刀盘调整误差,增加刀盘水力孔改善切粒效果,解决了水下切粒机运行故障。The knife shaft water system fault of a HDPE plant took place frequently,adjustment of knives and die clearancewas quite difficult,wear of die and knives was serious. By reformation design to the underwater pelletizer cutterhead,usingflexible elements to compensate cutterhead adjustment error,adding cutterhead hydraulic holes to improve pelletizingeffect,operation fault of underwater was resolved.
