摘　　要：文中简单介绍了蒸汽发生器概况,该发生器运行一段时间后,蒸汽发生器小浮头多条螺栓断裂,经某科研机构对螺栓断裂原因进行宏观检查、微观分析,重点分析了螺栓成分并进行金相组织检测,根据螺栓失效的分析结果并进行综合分析,对螺栓制造提出了建议及措施。This paper introduced general situation of steam generator. Several bolts on the small floating head of steamgenerator broke after a period of operation. A scientific research institution made macroscopic inspection and micro-analysisto the causes for bolt breaking,emphatically analyzed bolt components and made metallurgic structure detection. Based onthe analytical result and comprehensive analysis of bolt failure,suggestions and measures for bolt manufacturing were putforward.
