大司库管理体系在财务管理中的应用

摘　　要：资金的运行关系着企业的经营命脉,为加强企业资金运作,实现企业资金运作的全程监控,大庆石化公司选准有利时机,适时启动了大司库管理体系的研发,并开展了相关业务流程的应用设计,详细梳理了公司财务以及各分子公司的银行账号,将资金运行的收支两条线管理方式改进为总分联动账户为主、限额账户为辅的新模式,这一新模式的应用有效提升了公司资金管理水平。Operation of funds is directly related to operation lifeline of enterprise. In order to strengthen funds operation ofenterprise and realize a whole-process monitoring of enterprise funds operation,Daqing Petrochemical Company accuratelychose the favorable opportunity,timely started the research and development of Treasurer Management System,and carriedout application design of relevant work flow,detailedly carded the bank account numbers of company’s financial departmentand every branch and subsidiary companies,improved the two-line revenue and expenditure management mode of capitaloperation to new mode of giving first place the the general ledger linked accounts. The application of this new modeeffectively promoted funds management level of the company.
