口服溴隐亭治疗垂体泌乳素腺瘤的不良反应及早期护理干预

摘　　要：目的观察口服溴隐亭治疗垂体泌乳素腺瘤的不良反应及早期护理干预的效果。方法选取2013年1月-2014年1月在天坛医院神经外科门诊确诊为垂体泌乳素腺瘤的患者120例作为研究对象,随机分成常规口服溴隐亭组和早期护理干预组,每组60例,常规组患者给予常规的口服溴隐亭进行治疗,3个月后随访患者的不良反应和治疗效果。干预组患者则在按相同方案用药的同时,每两周进行一次电话随访,对发现的不良反应及早进行护理干预和指导,3个月后对两组患者的不良反应和治疗效果进行比较分析。结果常规口服溴隐亭组患者的不良反应发生率为86.67%,干预组为81.67%,二者比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。常规组的治疗总有效率为73.33%,干预组治疗的总有效率为98.33%。干预组的治疗效果明显优于常规组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论早期护理干预能够及时发现口服溴隐亭治疗垂体泌乳素腺瘤的不良反应,并及早地进行干预和指导,能够增加患者对药物不良反应的耐受程度,有利于提高药物的治疗效果。Objective To explore the adverse reactions of Bromocriptine and the effects early nursing care in prolactinoma. Methods 120 successive outpatients who were diagnosed as prolactinoma and underwent no surgery treatment in the department of neurosurgery at Beijing Tiantan Hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were recruited. They were randomized into two groups： the nursing care group and the control group, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was purely administrated with Bromocriptine for treatment, and the adverse reaction and treatment effects were evaluated after three months. The nursing care group was administrated with bromocriptine combined with nursing care, and telephone follow-up was performed once two weeks. When adverse reactions were identified, nursing care was taken at once. The follow-up continued for three months. Results The incidence rate of adverse reactions in control group was 86.67%, and 81.67% in the nursing care group. There were no significant differences（P〉0.05）. The treatment effect rate of control group was 73.33%, while the nursing care group was 98.33%. The effective rate showed significantly statistical differences（P〈0.05）. The effective rate of the nursing care group was much better than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The nursing care is effective in early detection and intervention of adverse reactions of Bromocriptine in prolactinoma patients, which is in favor of the treatment effect of Bromocriptine on prolactinomas.
