摘　　要：本研究通过梳理发病率、死亡率、伤残调整寿命年、健康危害指数等疾病危害评价方法 ,总结不同方法的特点并对比分析不同方法在宏观疾病健康危害程度评价中的优缺点,提出综合评价法可更好的用于宏观层面疾病健康危害程度的评价。研究表明单一指标评价方法具有计算简单、单一角度反映疾病健康危害等特点,伤残调整寿命年等综合指标方法具有计算复杂、综合角度反映疾病健康危害程度等特点,综合评价法通过构建指标体系综合评价疾病的健康危害,具有计算方法灵活、评价角度多样等特点。基于我国当前疾病信息监测现况,尝试构建疾病健康危害综合指数,可在宏观层面较好的评价对比疾病的健康危害程度。The study summaries different evaluation index and methods of health hazard from disease, such as incidence rate, mortality rate, disability adjusted life years and the comprehensive evaluation. This article contrasts the characteristic of different evaluation indexes and methods when they are used in macro perspective, finding that the comprehensive evaluation can be better for macro level evaluation. The result shows that single index is simple in calculation, single point of view reflects the health hazards. Disability adjusted life years is complex in calculation and can reflect disease health hazard from multi angle. The comprehensive evaluation, with the flexible calculation method and diverse evaluation angle, can evalute the health hazard of disease by constructing index system. Based on the current situation of disease surveillance in our country, try to construct a comprehensive index of disease hazard, which can be used to evaluate the health risk of the disease.
