摘　　要：目的分析心电轴快速目测改良方法在临床诊断中的应用效果,以期为临床提高心电图的诊断效率提供借鉴。方法选取2015年3~10月单县中心医院体检人员138例,均应用心电轴快速目测改良方法测量心电轴,并与心电图心电轴查对表查对结果进行对照,观察心电轴快速目测改良方法的测量效果。结果 138例中心电轴快速目测改良方法测量心电轴-30°^+90°79例、-31°^-90°20例、+91°^+180°16例、+181°^+269°15例、不定轴8例;而所有体检人员采用心电图心电轴查对表查的查对结果为-30°^+90°75例、-31°^-90°21例、+91°^+180°18例、+181°^+269°18例、不定轴6例。心电轴快速目测改良方法检测结果与心电图心电轴查对表查对结果对照,符合率为92.03%。结论临床应用心电轴快速目测改良方法对受检者进行检查,检查结果较为准确,且能够有效提高对心电轴的检测效率,但仍存在一定的不定轴现象,该方法与心电图心电轴查对表联合使用,可进一步提高心电轴检测的准确率。Objective To evaluate the clinical value of a modified visual method of cardiac electric axis which may facilitated electrocardiogram diagnosis. Methods A total of 138 physical examination who received ECG examination from March to October 2015 in Shanxian Central Hospital were selected. All ECG were analysed with modified visual cardiac electric axis method. The outcomes were recorded and compared with those analysed with cardiac electric axis checklist to confirm the efficiency of the modified method. Results 138 patients received modified visual method of cardiac electric axis. The results showed 79 cases with cardiac electric axis from-30° to ＋90°, 20 cases from-31° to-90°, 16 cases from ＋91° to ＋180°, 15 cases from ＋181° to ＋269°, and 8 cases with variable axis. Results analysed with electrocardiogram cardiac electric axis checklist method showed 75 cases from-30° to ＋90°, 21 cases from-31° to-90°, 18 cases from ＋91° to ＋180°, 18 cases from ＋181° to ＋269°, and 6 cases with variable axis. The Coincidence Rate of modified rapid visual inspection method of cardiac electric axis and electrocardiogram cardiac electric axis checklist was 92.03%. Conclusion The modified visual method of cardiac electric axis was proved of high efficiency and accuracy. However, due to the occurrence of variable axis cases, under circumstances the best choice maybe the combination of this method and electrocardiogram cardiac electric axis checklist.
