摘　　要：我国大学城规划建设被地方政府赋予了极高的价值预设,并给予了很大支持。在大学城发展过程中,地方政府应转变理念,明确职责范围,避免管理的越位、缺位和错位,强化其服务协调、方向引导、资金扶持和公共事务管理等职能。Our local government gives high value presupposition and great support during the planning and construction process of college town. In the development of college town,local government should change the concept,clear and define the responsibility,avoid offside,vacancy,dislocation and enhance service coordination,direction guidance,financial support and the role of public affairs.
