摘　　要：作为政治观重要内容之一的民生问题在当代引起了各国政府的广泛关注,民生问题是人民群众最关心、最直接、最现实的基本生存和发展问题,同时也是社会主义建设所要首要解决的基本问题,实质上是一个政治问题。中国共产党自成立以来一直非常重视民生建设,改革开放以来,逐渐形成了中国特色的社会主义民生政治观。因此,从政治的角度去探讨中国共产党的民生观在当前对中国社会建设以及政治发展存在一定现实意义的。As an important part of the political concept, livelihood issue causes widespread concern of governments in contemporary time, people＇s livelihood is the most direct and most practical problem of basic survival and development, it is also the basic problem which should be basically solved by socialist construction, in essence it is a political issue.Since the establishment of the Communist Party of China, people＇s livelihood has been attached great importance to, since the reform and opening up, the socialist livelihood political idea with Chinese characteristics is gradually formed. Therefore, to explore the concept of the Chinese Communist Party＇s livelihood from a political point of view has a certain practical significance in the current social construction of China and the political development.
