摘 要:在现代化大型工程建设项目中,特别是在特殊环境中,如因地震、山洪等自然灾害引发的地基下沉、倾斜等,不可避免地要涉及一些特重特大型设备、非标准设备的整体移动。具体在有色冶炼工程来说涉及一些特大型整流变压器和电解槽的整体移动。在综合分析国内外电解槽施工方法的基础上,介绍了一种在不拆除电解槽内部构件的基础上移动电解槽的方法,并对施工中的关键技术进行分析,以供施工人员参考。介绍了电解槽整体移动施工方法的应用实例和前景。In the modem large-scale construction projects, especially in the special environment, such as the foundation subsidence which was caused by the earthquake, mountain torrents and other natural disasters, it is inevitable to the whole movement of" some large equipment and non-standard equipment. More specifically speak- ing, it refers to the whole movement of large rectifier transformers and electrolyzer in the field of melting engineer- ing. On the basis of analyzing the construction method of eleetrolyzer , a new method of moving the eleetrolyzer without destroying the inside material was introduced, and the key technology was analyzed. The application and its prospect of the whole movement of the electrolyzer were introduced
