摘 要:"滴滴打车"作为互联网与实体经济相结合的尝试,是当前"互联网+"大趋势下衍生的新生事物。网络约车软件方便公众交通出行的同时,也触发了传统出租车行业利益的新一轮博弈。通过梳理合肥市"滴滴打车""黑车"等多方力量对传统出租车运营模式的冲击,拟用社会学分析框架,从擢升出租车司机社会福利,完善国家法律规制,建构网络约车与出租车市场良性竞争平台,破除垄断体制等发展路向出发,化解出租车行业与互联网间的壁垒,推进"互联网+"经济新业态的稳步发展。As an attempt to combine the Internet with entity economy, "Didi Taxi" is a novelty un- der the current "Internet Plus" trend. Facilitating travel for the public, online taxi-calling soft- ware has triggered a new round of interest game in the traditional taxi industry. Combing the im- pact of multiple players such as "Didi Taxi" and "unlicensed taxis" in Hefei on the traditional taxi operation mode, this paper relies on the framework of sociological analysis and starts from such development paths as improving social welfare for taxi drivers, perfecting national legal regulations, constructing a platform for benign competition between online taxi-calling and taxi market and dismantling monopoly system so as to dissolve the barriers between the taxi industry and the Internet and promote the steady development of the new format of "Internet Plus" economy.
