摘　　要：陈独秀在传播马克思主义真理的同时,积极宣传马克思主义法学思想,并运用马克思主义理论来研究法律问题,宣传无产阶级法制观,批判资产阶级法律思想,抨击各种形式的封建法治观念,为中国马克思主义法学的开创作出了重要的贡献,是中国化马克思主义法学理论体系的开创者。While spreading the Marxism truth, Chen Duxiu actively promoted the Marxist thought of law, and used the Marxism theory to study the legal issues, propogated Proletariat view of law system, criticized the bourgeois law notions, and attacked the various forms of the feudal legal concepts. He made an important contribution to the creation of Chinese Marxist Law, and he is the creator of sinicization of Marxist legal theory system.
