摘　　要：中国经济呈现出新常态,要保持经济高速增长,民间投资就要唱主角。该文以浙江省民间投资与经济社会发展为实证研究,观察民间投资对于浙江经济的推动作用,分析影响民间投资的主要因素、政策壁垒,深层次查找影响民间投资瓶颈因素,"对症下药"研究扩大浙江民间投资保障措施,并在民间金融、社会事业、基础设施、创业创新等重点领域提出现实路径。China＇ s economy has presented a period of new normal. In such a context, the private investment has to play a leading role to maintain rapid economic growth. This paper studied on the private investment and the economic social development in Zhejiang, observed the private investment for Zhejiang economy, analyzed the main factors and policy barriers affecting private investment, found the obstacle elements for increasing private invest- ment, researched the safeguard measures of increasing private investment in Zhejiang, and proposed the realistic path in focus areas such as civil finance, social undertakings, infrastructure , entrepreneurship and innovation, etc.
