摘　　要：全球创新的组织模式与格局正在调整变化之中。该文主要从创新组织与格局等角度分析近5年来一些国家创新战略、创新政策和创新研究报告中所显示的多维度、多层次的全球创新趋势,以期丰富创新政策学者对创新和创新组织的认识,为中国创新政策的调整与实施提供有价值的参考。The organization and pattern of global innovation are adjusting and changing. This paper mainly an- alyzes some of the national innovation strategies, innovation policy and the multi-dimensional and multi-level glob- al innovation trends showed in the innovation research reports from the aspects of innovation organization and pat- tern. This paper aims to rich the understanding in innovation and innovation organization, and to provide valuable reference for the adjustment of innovation policy in China.
