摘　　要：目的探讨小切口微创PFNa髓内钉内固定治疗成年人股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。方法对215例股骨粗隆间骨折患者实施了小切口微创PFNa髓内钉内固定术，现随机抽取其中51例成年患者进行回顾性分析。结果术中出血量100～200mL，平均为130mL；手术时间50～120min，平均为75min，术后无感染、下肢深静脉血栓、髋内翻、骨折不愈合、髓内钉松动等并发症。随访时间11～28个月，平均随访18个月；骨折愈合时间2．4～3．0个月，平均2．6个月。依据Harris评分评估疗效，优38例，良11例，可2例，差0例，优良率96．08％。结论股骨粗隆骨折闭合复位小切口PFNa髓内钉内固定技术，是治疗成年人股骨粗隆间骨折的一种有效方法。Objective To investigate clinical efficacy of minimally invasive PFNa internal fixation in treatment of adult femoral intertroehanteric fracture through small incision. Methods A total of 215 cases with femoral intertroehanteric fracture were underwent minimally invasive PFNa internal fixation treatment. 51 adult patients were randomly selected and analyzed retrospectively. Result The intraoperative blood loss of patients were 100 -200 mL, with an average of 130 mL; the operation time was 50 - 120 min, with an average of 75min. No complications were observed such as infection, deep vein thrombosis, hip inversion, nonunion, loosening of intramedullary nails, and so on. The time of follow-up were 11 - 28 months, with an average of 18 months. The fracture healing time were 2.4 - 3.0 months, with an average of 2.6 months. According to The Harris score, excellent 38 cases, good 11 cases, fair 2 eases, and poor 0 ease, the excellent and good rate was 96.08%. Conclusion Closed reduction and minimally invasive PFNa internal fixation in treatment of adult femoral intertrochanteric fracture through small incision is an effective method.
