摘　　要：[目的]比较正常妊娠大鼠与自然流产模型大鼠胎盘组织中上皮细胞和中性粒细胞的活化肽(ENA-78)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)表达特征的差异,探讨ENA-78、IL-8在自然流产中的可能作用机制。[方法]建立妊娠正常大鼠模型与自然流产模型大鼠,免疫组化SABC法测定两组模型大鼠孕14d胎盘组织中两个细胞因子的表达。[结果]与正常妊娠模型组相比,自然流产模型组大鼠胎盘组织中ENA-78、IL-8的表达显著升高(P<0.05)。[结论]胎盘组织中ENA-78、IL-8的表达与自然流产的发生发展有关。Objective：To compare the difference of expression characters of ENA-78 and IL-8in placenta tissue between normal pregnancy rats models and spontaneous abortion rats models,probe into the possible mechanism of ENA-78 and IL-8in spontaneous abortion.Methods：The normal pregnancy rat models and spontaneous abortion rat models were established,and immunohistochemistry SABC method was adopted to detect the expression of ENA-78 and IL-8in placenta tissue in the normal pregnancy rats and the spontaneous abortion rats at the day 14 of gestation.Results：The expression of ENA-78 and IL-8in spontaneous abortion rat models were significantly increased comparing with that in placenta tissue in the normal pregnancy rats（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The expression of ENA-78 and IL-8in placenta tissue was related to occurrence of spontaneous abortion.
