强化军人亲社会行为 持续培育核心价值观

摘　　要：目前广大官兵对当代革命军人核心价值观的行为认同仍然还有可提升的空间。军人亲社会行为有助于广大官兵把践行当代革命军人核心价值观真正变为自身的自觉、自愿的行动。它将是持续培育当代革命军人核心价值观的重要实践载体。本文介绍了军人亲社会行为的概念和将其作为持续培育当代革命军人核心价值观实践载体的重大意义,在分析亲社会行为心理学原理的基础上,提出了激发军人亲社会行为,将当代革命军人核心价值观外化于行的具体做法。There were still space for improving soldiers＇ behavior identification on the core army values. Soldier＇s pro-social behavior contributed to something that the majority of soldiers really consciously and voluntarily practiced the core army values. Soldier＇s pro-social behavior would be important carrier of practice for cultivating the core army values. This paper introduced the concept of the soldiers＇ pro-social behavior and the significance that the soldiers＇ pro-social behavior was as the carrier of practice for cultivating the core army values. Based on the psychological principles of pro-social behavior, this paper put forward some suggestion to externalize the core army values.
