基于液相色谱改性沥青剂量粘度和针入度测试法研究

摘　　要：为有效测试SBS改性沥青剂量,采用粘度法、针入度法和液相色谱法对SBS改性沥青剂量检测,选用3%、3.5%、4%、4.5%、5%SBS改性沥青样品,进行不同温度下粘度、针入度与SBS剂量的标定试验及液相色谱与SBS剂量的标定试验,最后选择任意SBS改性剂剂量进行了验证。结果表明,粘度法、针入度法、液相色谱法均可用于SBS改性沥青剂量检测,液相色谱法准确度及精密度均高于其他2种方法。为防止出现"三聚氰胺"类似事件,建议采用液相色谱法不定期地对改性沥青剂量检测的基础上,期间工地现场辅以粘度法与针入度法检测,即可大幅度提高改性沥青质量的检测效率,同时粘度法和针入度法两种方法都较为简单,适用于施工现场及野外检测。In order to effectively test of SBS modified asphalt dosage,the viscosity method,the penetration method and the liquid chromatography were used in the experiment to test the SBS modified asphalt dosage. 3%,3. 5%,4%,4. 5%,5% SBS modified asphalt samples were chosen to calibrate the relationship between SBS modified asphalt dosage and the viscosity,the penetration and the liquid chromatography. Finally,random amount of dosage was chosen to testify the experimental result. The results showed that,the viscosity method,the penetration method and the liquid chromatography can all be used in the detection of SBS modified asphalt dosage,but the accuracy and precision of liquid chromatographic method are higher than other two methods. In order to prevent similar event such as ＂ Melamine＂,An irregular detection on the dosage of the asphalt based on regular liquid chromatography method and an infield detection using viscosity method and the penetration method should be carried out,which can significantly improve the efficiency of the modified asphalt detection. At the same time,the viscosity and penetration methods are both practical approaches for the application on the construction field due to their simplicity.
