摘  要:隧道弃渣形成的土石混合体作为路基填料,压实控制比较困难。从湖南省龙永高速公路大坝隧道弃渣填筑体取样,开展土石混填路基压实工艺室内模拟试验。结果表明:1土石混合体压缩曲线整体上呈上凸型,回弹曲线平缓圆滑、均呈微下凹型。第i+1次压缩回弹曲线均位于第i次曲线下方,线形相似。超压曲线具有记忆效应。2分级加载比1次加载产生的变形大;循环荷载和加载次数增加,累积总变形和累积塑性变形增大。分级总变形量和分级塑性变形量随加载次数增加而减小,减小率也不断减小。循环荷载较大时,分级弹性变形随加载次数增加而减小。3工地碾压过程中,采用高吨位压路机或者轻重机具组合多次碾压,能有效提高土石混合体的压实度。The soil rock mixture formed by the tunnelwaste slag is used as roadbed filler,and the compaction control is more difficult. Sampleswere obtained from the daba tunnel of the yonglon expressway,and model tests of soil rock mixture compacted were carried out. The study results are shown as follows: (1)The compression curves of soil rock mixture are overallconvex type in plate loading test,therebound curves are smooth and slightlyconcave type. The( i + 1)- th compression-rebound curve is located below the i- th curve,and has the similar linearity. The overpressure curvehas memory effect. (2)The deformation caused by the step loading is larger than that of the 1 loading. The cumulative total deformation and cumulative plastic deformation increase with the increase of cyclic loading and loading times. The classification total and plastic deformation are decreased with the increase of loading times,and the decreasing rate is also decreased. When the cyclic load is large,the classification elastic deformation decreases with the increase of the loading times.( 3)In the site rolling process,the use of high tonnage roller and the combination rolling of light and weight equipment can effectively improve the compaction degree of soil rock mixture.
