摘 要:为多角度评价电网的运行风险,提出了一种计入安全因子和经济因子、从电网安全和经济两方面评估电网运行风险的模型。该模型基于风险理论,从功率过载、发电机削减和负荷缺失等角度衡量线路故障带来的影响,利用层次分析法将三者结合,定义后果影响;结合线路故障概率,构建了风险评价模型。IEEE39节点系统的仿真结果表明,该评价模型能够有效辨识系统中的高风险环节,为调度控制提供了一定的理论指导。For assessing the operating risk for power grid from more angles, this paper presents a model which combines security factor and economic factor with each other to assess the operating risk for power grid. This model based on risk theory measures the consequence of faulted lines from the power oscillation, generator cut and load loss, and uses analytic hierarchy method to combine this three to define the consequence. Then, this model uses the line faulted probability to build risk assessment model. The simulation for IEEE 39 Nodes system shows that this model can identify the high risk lines effectively and it can provide some theoretical references for dispatching and controlling.
