摘 要:以亚甲基萘磺酸钠为分散剂,研究了锡盟褐煤、大同烟煤和平顶山烟煤对分散剂的吸附特性,加入分散剂后煤的接触角和Zeta电位的变化规律,以及不同分散剂质量分数下煤的定黏成浆浓度,分析了煤表面特性与成浆性的关系。实验结果表明:煤的饱和吸附量与煤阶相关,随着煤变质程度的升高吸附量增大;分散剂的加入提高了变质程度较低的锡盟褐煤的接触角,而降低了变质程度较高的大同烟煤和平顶山烟煤的接触角;Zeta电位绝对值随着分散剂质量分数的增大先增大,再趋于平衡;锡盟褐煤定黏成浆浓度较低,约为53.5%,而大同烟煤和平顶山烟煤定黏成浆浓度较高,其中大同烟煤约为60%,平顶山烟煤接近68%,说明定黏成浆浓度与煤质特性关系较大;分散剂通过改变煤表面特性而显著改善煤的成浆特性;当制浆分散剂质量分数比饱和吸附量高约10%时,煤浆接近最大定黏成浆浓度。In order to study the relationship between coal surface properties and slurryability,the adsorption properties of three kinds of coal,the variation of the contacting angle and Zeta potential after adding the dispersant,and the slurry concentration under different dispersant dose are investigated,by adding the methyl naphthalene sulfonate as dispersant.The results show the adsorption amount is related to the rank of coal,the higher the rank,the greater the adsorption amount.The addition of dispersant increases the contacting angle of lignite whose metamorphic grade is lower,but reduces that of the coal with higher metamorphic grade.The absolute Zeta potential value increased with the dispersant concentration at first,and then being balanced.The slurrying experiments show the solid concentration of the lignite is about 53.5%,which is lower than that of the bituminous coal,in which that of the Datong coal is about 60% and that of the Pingdingshan coal is about 68%,indicating the water slurry concentration is greatly related to the coal characteristics.The coal water slurry characteristics are improved significantly by changing the coal surface property using the dispersants.The CWS will have the maximum concentration when dispersant amount is about 10% higher than the saturated adsorption amount.
