摘 要:通过热水解氧化法及金属螯合剂协同热水解氧化法脱除含油污泥中的重金属,考察了反应的最佳条件,并进一步探讨了脱除重金属含量的上限。实验结果表明反应最佳处理工艺为温度220℃,反应最佳时间60 min以及反应最佳液固比5:20。在此条件下Cu、Zn和Ni的去除率分别达到55.93%、85.9%和80.65%。加入金属螯合剂后,部分重金属的去除率都有所提高,Cu、Zn和Ni的去除率分别达到88.1%、89.7%和68.7%。将金属螯合剂控制在的最佳加入量5.00 g/kg的条件下利用金属螯合剂协同热水解氧化法可将3倍的CJ/T 309—2009《城镇污水处理厂污泥处置农用泥质》B级标准的各重金属含量降至标准范围内。Thermal hydrolysis oxidation method and metal complexing agent were used to remove heavy metals in oily sludge. The best conditions of the reaction were investigated, and the upper limit of removing heavy metals amount was further discussed. The experimental results show that the best reaction conditions are as follows: the temperature 220 ℃, the time 60 min and the liquid-solid ratio 0.25. Under above conditions, Cu,Zn and Ni removal rates can reach to 55.93%,85.9% and 80.65% respectively. After adding metal complexing agent, the heavy metal removal rate can be increased; the removal rates of Cu, Zn and Ni can reach to 88.1%, 89.7% and 68.7% respectively. When the concentration of the metal chelating agent is 5.00 g/Kg, heavy metal content that is 3 times the CJ/T 309-2009 B grade standard can be deceased within the range of the standard after the treatment by using metal complexing agent and thermal hydrolysis oxidation method.
