摘 要:微乳化液具有其他种类切削液的优点,是切削液未来发展的重点。使用缓蚀剂是切削液中防止工件腐蚀的一种有效手段,对它的研究具有重要的意义。本文介绍了切削液的分类,然后分析了铝合金在切削液中的腐蚀和防腐蚀问题,重点介绍了铝合金缓蚀剂分类,最后提出了未来缓蚀剂的发展方向。Micro-emulsion cutting fluid has some remarkable advantages comparing with others cutting fluid, so it is a focus of future development of cutting fluid. The corrosion inhibitor is an effective means of corrosion protection for the workpieces in use process of cutting fluid, so research on corrosion inhibitors has important significance. In this paper, classification of cutting fluid was described. The corrosion and anti-corrosion of aluminum alloy in the cutting fluid were analyzed. Varieties of aluminum alloy corrosion inhibitors were introduced. The future direction of the corrosion inhibitors was also proposed.
