摘 要:胜利油田高压注水井和压裂后自喷油井约有2 700口,常规作业存在溢流长期放不尽,污染油层等问题,为此,油田开展了油水井不压井作业技术的攻关,开发了不压井作业设备,与系列化管柱堵塞工具,成功解决了作业过程中油层污染和放溢流的问题。截止2014年5月,该项技术共在胜利油田应用3 000余井次,增油60多万吨,增加注水600多万方,提高生产时率3.4%,提高注水时率4.2%,本文着重对不压井作业技术的必要性、不压井作业技术的研发情况进行论述,并提出下一步技术研发方向。There are about 2700 high pressure water injection wells and gushers after fracturing in Shengli oilfield. There exist some problems in routine work, such as on the long-term overflow, polluting oil layer and so on. Therefore, research of oil and water snubbing operation technology was carried out, snubbing operation equipments were developed as well as a series of column blocking tools, the oil pollution in the process of operation and overflow problem were successfully resolved. As of 2014 May, the technology was used in 6 585 wells in Shengli oilfield, increased 666 700 tons of oil, improved the production rate by 3.4%, improved the water injection rate by 4.2%.In this paper, the necessity of using snubbing operation technique was discussed as well as research and development situation of snubbing operation technique, and technical research and development direction in the future was put forward.
