摘　　要：根据高温氢氧复合工艺要求及试验装置的特点,设计了一套基于LabVIEW的高温氢氧复合控制系统。该系统以工控机为核心,以LabVIEW、PID工具包和OPC Server为软件开发平台。系统主要功能包括工艺参数采集与处理、数据及曲线显示、数据存储和信号报警与联锁等。实验结果表明,控制系统稳定性好,操作界面友好,可移植性强,达到了预期的控制目的。According to the process requirement of hydrogen-oxygen recombination at high temperature and test equipment characteristics,this paper designs a set of high hydrogen-oxygen recombination control system based on LabVIEW.The system is based on the industrial computer as the core,with LabVIEW,PID toolkit and OPC Server as the software development platform.Its main functions includes process parameters acquisition and processing,data and curve display,data storage and signal alarm and interlock etc.
