防止表层套管倒扣的高强度胶粘剂的研究

摘　　要：表层套管固井后,在井下的5-7根套管,钻柱在钻水泥柱时,会带动套管震动可能引起套管扣松动、倒扣甚至发生掉井事故。为了防止此类失效事故的发生,传统的工艺采用铆接或焊接的方法来解决,而目前国外油气田通常采用胶黏剂粘接的方法代替焊接或铆接,本文通过研制一种高强度胶粘剂TGRI-102,对表层套管井下5-7根套管螺纹连接处进行粘接,以防止螺纹松动或倒扣等现象,并依据GB/T 6328-1999、GB/T 6329-1996、GB/T 7124-2008三个标准对该胶黏剂进行了性能评价,并与国外同类产品进行对比,结果表明该产品已经达到了国外同类产品的技术水平。After cementing surface casing the, when drill string is drilling the cement column, fifth to seventh casing can cause casing re- volve in the well, which will cause the casing thread connection loose, back off or fall. In order to prevent the occurrence of the accident, the method of riveting and wehting are used, but the foreign oil company develop a high strength adhesive now, which is used to replace welding and riveting. We develop a high strength adhesive, the new adhesive can splice the surface casing and prevent thread loose, back off or fall. In accordance with GB/T 6328 -1999,GB/T 6329 -1996,GB/T 7124-2008 in different temperature conditions, the new ad- hesive is tested, the experimental result shows that the performance comparison with similar foreign the high strength adhesive, the new ad- hesive has reached the same technieal level with the foreign adhesive.
