摘 要:目的探究案例教学法在心血管内科临床实习带教中的应用,进一步完善教学设计。方法将2014年4月—2015年4月在本科实习的68名临床医学专业本科生随机分为实验组与对照组,每组34例。实验组以案例教学法带教,对照组以传统教学法带教,实习结束时进行出科考核、学习效果及教学满意度调查。结果实验组学生的出科考核成绩、学习效果及教学满意度均优于对照组。结论案例教学在心血管内科临床带教中能显著提高学生学习效果及教学满意度,是集启发式、参与式、讨论式、团队式于一体的教学方式,具有高度的能动性和创造性,值得推广。Objective To explore the application of the case method of instruction in clinical teaching in cardio- vascular internal medicine so as to perfect the teaching design. Methods A total of 68undergraduate medical students practiced in the department of cardiovascular medicine were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control groupfrom April, 2014 to April, 2015. Each group had 34 cases. The experimental group was adopted the case method of instruction, while the control group received the lecture based learning. At the end of clinical teaching, the students were tested and the teaching satisfaction of the students was investigated. Results The scores and teaching satisfaction of the students in the experimental group were better than those in the control group. Conclusion The case method of instruc- tion can improve the learning efficiency and satisfaction of the students in clinical teaching of cardiovascular medicine sig- nificantly,and it is worthy of promotion.
