摘 要:以樟脑醌、4-二甲基氨基苯甲酸乙酯、碘鎓盐为光引发体系,与聚氨酯丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯混合,经可见光固化制备了光固化树脂材料。研究了可见光固化树脂组分用量对树脂性能的影响,分析了可见光固化树脂的硬度及耐磨度,并对可见光固化树脂进行了红外光谱结构表征。结果表明,聚氨酯丙烯酸酯为63%、甲基丙烯酸甲酯为33%、樟脑醌为1.9%、4-二甲基氨基苯甲酸乙酯为1.1%、碘鎓盐为1.0%时,制备的可见光固化树脂固化速度快(105s),并具有良好的硬度及耐磨性能。The visible light curing resin material was prepared using camphor quinone,4-dimethyl aminobenzoic acid ethyl ester,iodonium salt as initiating system with polyurethane acrylate and methyl methacrylate.The effect of visible light cured resin's component on the properties of resin was studied.The hardness and wear resistance of visible light cured resin were analyzed,and the infrared spectrum of visible light cured resin structure was characterized.Results showed that the visible light cured resin had fast curing speed(105s),good hardness and wear resistance when the polyurethane acrylate was 63%,methyl methacrylate was 33%,light initiator system components for camphor quinone was 1.9% 4-dimethyl amino benzoic acid ethyl ester was 1.1%,iodonium salt was 1.0%.
