摘 要:采用高温固相法在1 500℃保温4h的条件下合成了CaAl_(12)O_(19)∶Mn^(4+)红色发光材料。通过发光性能测试表征了Mn4+浓度、Na+、Li+、K+以及Mg2+等掺杂离子对材料发光性能的影响。研究发现,在紫外和蓝色波段均可有效激发CaAl_(12)O_(19)∶Mn^(4+),其发射主峰位于652nm的深红色光波段,其两侧的肩峰(640、666nm)可归属为声子副带发射。研究结果表明,Mn4+的最佳掺杂浓度为0.05 mol%;共掺的Na+、Li+、Mg2+、K+均可有效提高CaAl_(12)O_(19)∶Mn^(4+)的发光强度,其中Na+和Li+的最佳掺杂浓度均为5mol%时的发光强度可被提高2倍以上。因此,CaAl_(12)O_(19)∶Mn^(4+)是一种潜在的可用于提高LED显色性的红色发光材料。A promising candidate red fluorescence CaAl_(12)O_(19)∶Mn^4+was developed,which was prepared by the solidstate reaction method at 1 500 ℃for 4h.The influence of Mn4+concentration and the co-doped ions,R(R=Na+,Li+,K+,and Mg2+)ions on the luminescent properties of CaAl_(12)O_(19)∶Mn^4+were investigated,respectively.The results indicated that the phosphor was able to be excited by both UV and blue band light.The emission band of CaAl_(12)O_(19)∶Mn^4+was in the deep-red region with the maximum at 652 nm,the shoulders on both sides of the peak(640,666nm)were attributed to the phonon sideband transition.It was observed that optimal concentration of Mn4+in CaAl12O19 was 0.05mol%.The co-doped Na+,Li+,Mg2+and K+could dramatically improve the luminous performance of CaAl_(12)O_(19)∶Mn^4+.When the concentration of Na+and Mg2+was 5mol%,the maximum emission intensity of CaAl_(12)O_(19)∶Mn^4+could be increased by more than 2times.So CaAl_(12)O_(19)∶Mn^4+,Na+was expected to be a potential candidate as a red phosphor in warm white LEDs.
