腰间盘脱出症患者的术后护理要点分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨腰间盘脱出症患者的术后护理要点及临床效果。方法:将100例腰间盘脱出症患者按数字随机表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例,100例患者均于2013年9月至2014年6月期间在我院接受治疗。其中对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以术后综合性护理。比较两组护理方法的临床效果。结果:观察组护理总有效率为92.0%,比对照组高20.0%(对照组总有效率为72.0%),组间差异明显,具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:术后综合护理可以有效改善腰间盘脱出症患者的临床症状,促进其康复。objective： to study the waist dish TuoChuZheng postoperative nursing care of patients with main points and clinical effect. Methods： 100 patients with waist dish TuoChuZheng press numeric table randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group,100 patients were in September 2013 to June 2014 in our hospital for treatment.The control group routine nursing care, postoperative comprehensive nursing observation group. Compare the clinical effect of two groups of nursing method. Results： nursing observation group the total effective rate was 92.0%, 20.0% higher than the control group （the control group total effective rate was 72.0%）, and clear difference between groups, statistically significant,P〈0.05）.Conclusion： comprehensive nursing can improve the waist dish TuoChuZheng the patient＇s clinical symptoms, promoting their rehabilitation.
