摘  要:目的探讨实施岗位分层及绩效管理对护士1二作满意度的影响,为提高护士工作满意度寻求更有效的方法。方法分别在2012年8月和2014年5月,即全院实施岗位分层及绩效管理前后,采用卫生部(现国家卫生和计划生育委员会)2012年制定的“护士工作满意度调查表”,对全院护士按一定比例发放护士满意度调查表(N0级护士除外),比较两次结果相关指标的差异。结果实施岗位分层及绩效管理后护士工作满意度总体上升,在“本职工作”、“护理管理”、“职业生涯”3个维度方面差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论推行岗位分层及绩效管理可以提高护士工作满意度,进而提升护理质量和服务水平。Objective To explore the impact of implementing a nursing position level and performance management system on clinical nurses' work satisfaction, to seek more effective methods to improve nurses' work satisfaction. Method In August 2012, before implementing the nursing position level and performance management system, nurses were surveyed using the "nurse satisfaction questionnaire" by Ministry of Health (2012). In May 2014, the nurses were resurveyed post implementation of the system and the results of the two questionnaires were compared. Results The overall satisfactionin- creased after implementing the nursing position level and performance management system.It has statistical significance on "own job", "nursing management", and "professional career"domains (P〈 0.05). Conclusion The implementation of nurs- ing postlayering and performance management system can help to improve nurses' job satisfaction and promote nursing quality and service level.
