青光眼小梁切除术后低眼压性浅前房的临床护理

摘　　要：目的探析青光眼小梁切除术后低眼压性浅前房患者的临床表现及护理措施。方法选择青光眼小梁切除术后低眼压性浅前房患者90例,根据病历号分组,单数为实验组,双数为对照组,每组各45例患者。对照组患者接受常规护理,实验组患者接受整体护理,对比2组患者的护理结局。结果实验组患者的护理满意度为93.33%,显著高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);实验组患者的二次手术率、不良反应发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),且实验组患者的前房恢复时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05);护理后,2组患者的眼压均显著高于护理前(P<0.05),且实验组患者的眼压显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论整体护理的实施对促进青光眼小梁切除术后低眼压性浅前房患者康复、提高患者满意度具有重要意义。Objective To explore the clinical features and nursing measures for postoperative low tension shallow anterior chamber in glaucoma patients with trabeculectomy. Methods A total of 90 glaucoma patients with low tension shallow anterior chamber after trabeculectomy were divided into experimental group （ odd number） and control group （ even number） according to the patient＇s number of medical record, 45 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing, while patients in the experimental group were given the holistic nursing. Nursing outcomes were com- pared between two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction degree of the experimental group was 93.33% , which was significantly higher than 80.00% of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Secondary op- eration rate and incidence rate of adverse reaction in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）, and anterior chamber recovery time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After nursing, intraocular pressure increased significantly in both groups. Intraocular pressure in the experimental group was sig- nificantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Implementation of holistic nursing can effectively promote the rehabilitation and improve nursing satisfaction degree in glaucoma patients with low tension shallow anterior chamber after trabeculectomy.
