摘　　要：目的探讨延伸护理对鼻咽癌放疗患者自我管理效能感的影响。方法 76例鼻咽癌放疗患者分成研究组和对照组。研究组患者给予延伸护理,对照组患者给予常规护理。比较2组患者护理前后的自我管理效能感。结果护理后,研究组患者SUPPH量表中各评价维度的评分均显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论对鼻咽癌放疗患者实施延伸护理,可有效提高患者的自我管理效能感。Objective To explore the effect of extended nursing on self management of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with radiotherapy. Methods A total of 76 nasopharynge efficacy al carci- noma patients with radiotherapy were divided into study group and control group. The study group was given extended nursing, while the control group was given conventional nursing. Self management effi- cacy before and after nursing was compared between two groups. Results After nursing, scores of e- valuation dimensions in SUPPH scale in the study group were significantly higher than those in the con- trol group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Implementation of extended nursing for nasopharyngeal carcino- ma patients with radiotherapy can effectively improve the self management efficacy.
