摘　　要：目的探讨乳癌扩大根治术患者的中西医结合护理方法。方法选择行乳癌扩大根治术治疗的60例患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。住院期间对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用中西医结合护理,比较2组患者术后并发症、生活质量情况。结果 2组患者术后并发症率和SF-36评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳癌扩大根治术应用中西医结合护理干预,临床效果较为可靠。Objective To explore the nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for patients with extended radical mastectomy. Methods Sixty patients with extended radi- cal mastectomy were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases in each of life were compared between two groups. Results There were significant differences in incidence rate of postoperative complications and SF-36 score between two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can effectively treat the patients with ex- tended radical mastectomy.
