摘  要:目的分析中国术前术后访视及其健康教育的现状。方法应用文献计量学方法收集、整理2011-2015年395篇术前术后访视相关文献,归纳文献类型、分析访视侧重层面及实施健康教育的程度。结果中国术前术后访视文献主要分为应用类、体会类、综述类和调查类4大类,侧重于访视的模式、制度、方法和内容4个层面,具体表现在访视模式种类不均衡,访视制度缺乏理论支持,访视方法过于固定,访视内容拘于形式且显现健康教育的脆弱性。结论临床需丰富访视模式,以相关理论为基础,深化健康教育内容,增强术前术后访视的实效性,提高患者的生存质量。Objective To analyze the present situations of preoperative and postoperative vis- its and health education. Methods Bibliometric method was used to collect and collate the relevant 395 literature about preoperative and postoperative visits from 2011 to 2015. The literature type was summarized, and the focused level of the visit and extent of health education were analyzed. Results Types of literatures about preoperative and postoperative visits in China were divided into types of ap- plication classes, experience, review and investigation, which focusing on visit mode, system, meth- ods and contents. The main manifestations were imbalanced visit mode, lack of theoretical support for visit, fixed visit model and constrained visit content and vulnerability of health education. Conclusion Clinical visit need rich modes. Based on the related theory and the content of health education, time effect of preoperative and postoperative visits can be enhanced and the quality of life of the patients can be improved.
