摘　　要：特应性皮炎是一种常见的慢性、复发性、炎症性皮肤病,随着对其研究及认识的深入,其诊断标准也在不断完善。目前国内外有多个特应性皮炎诊断标准,本文对这些标准进行了分析、比较。每个标准都有其在临床和流行病学调查等方面的适用性。考虑到特应性皮炎的复杂性,建立基于国情、适合不同患者的新诊断标准仍有其必要性。Atopic dermatitis（ AD） is a chronic,recurrent and inflammatory skin disease. With the development of research and knowledge,the diagnosis of AD is improving. There have been several diagnostic criteria,which are analyzed and compared in this review.Each criteria is different for the application in clinical practice and trial,and epidemiological survey. According to the complexity of AD,it is necessary to propose a new criteria for individual patients based on national conditions.
