摘　　要：特应性皮炎(atopic dermatitis,AD)是一种慢性复发性炎症性皮肤病,临床主要表现为反复发生的皮肤炎症和瘙痒。AD的病因及发病机制复杂,涉及遗传、免疫、感染、环境、精神等多种因素,与皮肤屏障功能受损关系密切。为了更好地研究AD的发病机制及治疗方法,除临床调查和临床实验外,往往还需要动物模型的参与。Atopic dermatitis（ AD） is a chronic,recurrent,and inflammatory skin disease,which is charactered by recurrent skin inflammation and itching. AD has complex etiology and pathogenesis that involves genetic,immunological,infectious,environmental,neuropsychological factors,and so on. In addition,recent studies have found that patients with impaired skin barrier function have a close relevance with AD. Besides the methods of clinical investigation and clinical trials,Animal models of AD are also frequently used for the studies on the pathogenesis and treatment of AD.
