摘　　要：特应性皮炎是一种具有遗传倾向的慢性、复发性变态反应疾病,了解其发病模式、病程及转归,能使临床医师更好的管理好该类疾病。特应性皮炎皮肤表现有典型表现和不典型表现,掌握好其临床表现将有助于临床诊断。Atopic dermatitis is a chronic recurrent allergic disease with genetic tendency. We＇d better understand its pathogenesis pattern,clinical course and prognosis so as to manage such disease better. The skin manifestation of atopic dermatitis can be typical or atypical,so it＇ s helpful for us in clinical diagnosis to master its clinical manifestation better.
